Victor LaValle
Victor LaValle is the author of the short-story collection Slapboxing with Jesus and the novels The Ecstatic, Big Machine, The Devil in Silver, The Changeling, and Lone Women. His fantasy-horror novella The Ballad of Black Tom won the Shirley Jackson Award for Best Novella in 2016. LaValle also made his Marvel Comics debut with Sabretooth, followed by its sequel, Sabretooth & The Exiles. He collaborated with writer Benjamin Percy on the “Sabretooth War” arc of Wolverine.
