Chuck Dixon wrote several limited series for Marvel’s Epic imprint, the long-running ‘Nam series and multiple Punisher titles. He set the Punisher against DC’s grimmest character in the one-shot Punisher/Batman, setting the stage for his writing tenure on virtually every Batman-related title- Batgirl, Detective Comics, GCPD, Nightwing, Robin and more. Dixon’s other Marvel work includes What If?, Marvel Knights and Hawkeye.
Sal Velluto penciled several issues of Marc Spector- Moon Knight and most of Christopher Priest’s Black Panther run with Bob Almond on inks; later, he contributed to the limited series Doctor Voodoo. At DC, he drew Firebrand and Justice League Task Force. His additional work includes Acclaim’s Bloodshot, Continuity’s Armor, Now’s Green Hornet and Penny-Farthing’s Captain Gravity.
