CHUCK HUGHES
Chuck Hughes is the co-owner and executive chef of Montreal hot-spot Garde Manger. He is the bestselling author of Chuck’s Home Cooking, Garde Manger, and Chuck’s Day Off. He has hosted several television shows including Chuck’s Day Off, Chuck’s Week Off, Chuck’s Eat the Street, Couteaux Tirés, Le Monde Selon Chuck, Chuck & Danny’s Road Trip, Bienvenue Chez Chuck, and most recently, Chuck and The First Peoples’ Kitchen.
Chuck defeated Iron Chef Bobby Flay in a battle featuring Canadian lobster and starred in The Next Iron Chef - Super Chefs. He lives in Montreal with his partner, Sabrina, and two sons, Charlie and Henri.
CHRISTOPHER MERRICK
Christopher Merrick grew up in Sudbury, Ontario before moving to Vancouver to cook at the infamous Chambar restaurant. He is now chef and co-owner of Garde Manger in Montreal, where he lives with his wife Holly, their cat Garfield, and dog Maybelline.
