Amanda Robinson
Amanda Robinson, LPC, RPT, is a licensed professional counselor supervisor and registered play therapist supervisor. She has a private practice and works with children ages three and up (and their parents) in therapy. Many of her clients are experiencing grief, anger, or anxiety, or fall under the umbrella of “highly sensitive.” Amanda is passionate about helping children understand themselves better and cope more effectively with their challenges so they can meet their full potential. She is inspired by children and their creativity and strength every day. Amanda received her BA in psychology from Hardin-Simmons University and her MA in professional counseling from Texas State University. She is also the author of Anger Management Skills Workbook for Kids. Amanda enjoys baking, reading, and being outside with her husband, Jeff, chaotic puppy, Elsie, and baby boy, Jack.
Rocio Ledesma, also known as Ro, was born in Galicia, Spain. Growing up, Ro enjoyed rainy days that were perfect for staying inside and spending hours creating imaginary worlds. After graduating with a degree in advertising from Vigo’s University, she worked as an art director in the advertising industry. In 2015, Ro decided to make a change and moved to Barcelona to become a freelance illustrator. Since then, she has illustrated commercials, magazines, and picture and educational books for clients all over the world. Ro loves drawing for children’s books because she can create humorous characters, play with bright colors, and challenge herself to find the best interpretation of the text. When she isn’t working, you can find her riding her bike or drinking tons of coffee.
