David Gemmell

About the Authors

David A. Gemmell’s first novel, Legend, was published in 1984 and became an instant classic. His most recent Drenai and Rigante novels are available as Corgi paperbacks, and all are Sunday Times bestsellers. Now widely regarded as one of the finest writers of heroic fantasy, David Gemmell lived in East Sussex until his death in July 2006.

Stella Gemmell is a journalist and worked with her husband on all three Troy novels. She concluded Troy: Fall of Kings after his death.
