About The Author

Richard Hogan

Richard Hogan is a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, specializing in working with families. He is a Fulbright Award recipient and is currently completing a PhD that explores the intersection between psychological models of the family and educational theory.

Richard writes a weekly mental health column for the Irish Examiner and makes frequent TV and radio appearances. He is a regular contributor to Brendan O’Connor on RTÉ Radio 1. He lives in Dublin with his family.
