About The Author

Sam Thompson

Sam Thompson is a recognized British television personality, radio presenter, and podcaster, formerly of Made In Chelsea. In 2023, he won ITV’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, capturing the public’s attention with his positive and energetic personality.

His broadcasting career has expanded to include a role on the ITV This Morning presenting team and appearances on shows such as ITV’s Celebrity Sabotage and Channel 4’s The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer.

In 2023, Sam released his debut E4 documentary, Sam Thompson: Is This ADHD?, which documented his personal journey with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Proud of his neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism, Sam became an Ambassador for ADHD UK in 2024. He spoke at the 2025 ADHD International Conference and is committed to raising awareness and funds for the cause.

Sam is also an Ambassador for The King’s Trust, demonstrating a passion for supporting young people in the UK and internationally. In his capacity with the charity, he met HRH King Charles at Buckingham Palace in June 2025.

His first adult book, Staying Relevant, co-authored with Pete Wicks, was a Sunday Times bestseller. You, Me & ADHD is Sam’s first children’s book.

He resides in London with his two cats, Albus and Cedric.
