If you’ve ever felt trapped by your own thoughts, you’ll recognize yourself in Jenna Overbaugh’s remarkably insightful and reassuring approach. Jenna has the rare ability to write like both a highly skilled expert and a friend who truly understands what it’s like to live with a noisy mind. Her clever, engaging explanations reveal the common thread running through OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts – making her approach wonderfully simple without sacrificing its power. Most importantly, she doesn’t just teach you how to quiet your mind; she shows you how to stop letting it run your life. – Reid Wilson, PhD, Author of Quiet Your OCD Brain
