1. Let us know - We need to know that your item is coming back to us. We generate a note in our system to make sure the returned item is matched with your order.
2. Read our return instructions - Once we've got the ball rolling on your return, we will provide the address where it needs to go. Please carefully read the instructions in our return email to ensure everything goes smoothly.
3. Return the item - Print our label, package the item and return to the address on the label. All returns are reply-paid (that's our cost, not yours!) and need to be handed over to New Zealand Post. No postage required.
