Delivery updates and tracking
We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number on the same day your goodies are shipped. Your parcel may not have any tracking updates until our delivery partner sorts your parcel in your state. If you have been sent a tracking number by us, then you can be confident that your parcel is on its way.
Please note that carriers have advised to allow more time than normal to see updates on the progress of your delivery.
New Zealand deliveries
The reduction in Trans-Tasman flights, as well as implementation of social distancing amongst our delivery partners means there may be some delays throughout New Zealand including major cities.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery in New Zealand above the usual timeframes.

As a community, we are facing an unprecedented challenge with the spread of COVID-19 and we wanted to provide you with an update as to what we are doing to keep you, our customers and our staff safe during this time.
As an online business we’re working hard to make sure that you can get your orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe. This includes drivers conducting contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by local government and health authorities.
