Steve Oakes has 20 years of experience as a teacher in the UK and the UAE. He is currently the founding head of sixth form at Hartland International School, Dubai. Martin Griffin has 20 years' experience teaching post-16 students, and has been a head of faculty, assistant head teacher and deputy head teacher.
