“" Managing Negative Emotions Without Drinking is an easy-to-follow workbook for clients who are receiving Emotion Regulation Treatment. It could also be used during other treatment programs or even outside of treatment to help anyone who reaches for a drink of alcohol when experiencing negative emotions, such as sadness, anger, or anxiety. Evidence-based exercises and skills taught throughout the workbook provide an immensely helpful resource for anyone struggling with their alcohol use." Katie A.
