Julia Donaldson is the outrageously talented, prize-winning author of the world's best-loved children's books, and was the 2011-2013 British Children's Laureate. Julia and her husband Malcolm divide their time between West Sussex and Edinburgh. Jilly Bond is a British stage and screen actress. She has performed in theatres all over the British Isles and Germany, in plays by William Shakespeare, George Bernard Shaw, Oscar Wilde, Neil Simon and numerous other writers. Bond has worked extensively on radio (including the role of Bridget in The Archers) and has recorded hundreds of unabridged audiobooks (some award-winning).
