Linky's Beach Days

This book is a visual record of the experiences of one individual who, after decades of full-time toil, suddenly got one extra day off every week and needed something distracting to fill in the time. With an early example of a compact digital camera, buses, trains, and a lot of walking, Linky set off to verify that Bondi and Manly were not the only beaches in and around Sydney. He ventured out regardless of the weather or light so there are some grey-clouded beaches. Snapshots were joined together creating 'spanoramas' long before auto-stitch, so some panoramas are a bit interesting. Most beaches were visited a second time with a better camera and to collect information about the amenities at each location.
