In his unique photo journey, Dieter Klein travels to remote corners of Europe and the United States to find abandoned cars in forgotten places. Dieter Klein is a freelance photographer. In 2003 he was awarded the Best Reportage prize by Bild der Wissenschaft for a report on robots. At the Discovery Days 2017 (Switzerland) and the Festival El Mundo 2018 (Austria) he won the prize for Best Photography with the theme 'Lost Cars'.
