About the Author

Dan May once worked as a landscape photographer, producing images used by companies all over the world. His love of some of the most remote places on the globe first brought him into close contact with chiles, so he started to grow them in 2005. Before he knew it, he had the world's most northerly chile farm. Trees Can't Dance now supplies a range of chili sauces throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond. He lives in the north of England.
