As director of psychometrics, he led a program of research on the development and use of 360-degree feedback instruments.Sylvester Taylor is senior designer, commercialization and innovation, at the Center for Creative Leadership. He is an experienced designer, manager, coach, researcher, speaker, and skilled facilitator.Craig Chappelow is a leadership solutions facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership. He has over twenty years of classroom experience working with managers and executives from across a wide variety of industries to increase their effectiveness in leadership roles.
