Regardless of which of our fulfilment centres the order was sent to you from, all returns are sent to our Auckland office. Please contact our Customer Services to request a return number.
Returns of any orders in which no postage was charged (eg. orders greater than $45) will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Important:
- Returns that have not been pre-arranged will not be accepted.
- Requests for return must be received within 10 business days of delivery.
- After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 4 business days.
- Returns must be in resellable condition.
- Returns are sent at the customer's risk and The Nile will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for no-fault refunds.
- Accepted returns will be refunded by the same means with which you paid.
