Senior Software Developer - PHP and MySQL/SQL experience
TheNile.co.nz is looking for an experienced software developer to join one of the largest online e-retailers with offices in both Australia and New Zealand.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a growing company.
In this role, you will be developing systems for managing a 30 million+ product set, and should expect to come across performance and scalability problems. You should be comfortable working as part of a team, exploring new ideas and methods to solve problems, and most importantly, you should love making software!
Front-end website and e-commerce development experience is a big plus.
Technologies you will encounter include: PHP, Java, MySQL, Linux, EDI Systems, API's (SOAP and REST), XML, Git, CVS, and a few more.
The successful applicant should have the following:- Approximately 3-10 years experience
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT based area
- PHP and MySQL/SQL experience
- Experience with Linux a plus
