Publisher Description
Over the past ten years, the author has published many articles on his website at http: //www. lurrenzinc.com/lawrence, Issues With Lawrence Onuzulike, where he blogs about everything that keeps him awake at night including societal problems, politics, Africa, and more. This book contains his opinions on contemporary world issues. He tries to provide a voice for Africa without being anti-west. Lawrence Onuzulike (Lurrenz) is a writer, musician, actor, and activist who is fiercely against war and discrimination against women. He's also a devoted campaigner who champions the cause for better lives for African kids through his Children Africa Foundation. Ten percent of the sales from his new album, Still Single and Rich, goes to charities that help African kids. Doing charity work has had Lawrence traveling far and wide across the globe. He worked closely with Mother Theresa at the Mission of Charity in Calcutta, India between 1996 and 1997. In fact, Lawrence Onuzulike is one of the few people who last saw Mother Theresa before her death on September 5, 1997. Born Lawrence Rapuluchukwu Onuzulike on the December 28, 1977, he grew up a very intelligent kid who held the first position throughout his years at Apata Memorial High School, Isolo, Lagos, Nigeria. At an early age, Lawrence combined education, music, writing, and soccer, and excelled in all. As a student, he wrote and acted in many dramas for a group of young intellectuals famously known as The Young World Club. His plays were shown once a week on Anambra Broadcasting Television, the state television station. Lawrence went ahead to write his first novel titled Mother at the age of fifteen. After graduating from high school, he took a Swedish language course at Komvux Utbildnings, Sjobo, Sweden. He currently lives in Trelleborg, Sweden.
